Domestic Shipping & Charges

  • Teabox delivers to all locations/pin codes across India.
  • We offer Express shipping (2-4 business days) through Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, or FedEx, depending on the pin code.
  • Free Express shipping is available for orders above ₹598. Orders below this amount incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49.

International Shipping & Charges

  • Teabox ships to over 125 countries worldwide.
  • We offer Express shipping (5-7 business days via DHL & FedEx) and EMS shipping (3-5 weeks via Government post), depending on the destination country.
  • International shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders placed before noon IST typically ship out the same business day. Orders placed after noon IST are shipped the next business day.
  • Please note that our international delivery partners (DHL/FedEx) do not deliver Teabox orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Cancellation Policy

  • We do not accept cancellations once orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
